The elegance and simplicity of the perfect round and square lines was evident in the architecture of the New Formalism that flourished in the 1960s, and also in the collection called Formalism. The collection was developed in close collaboration with Indian marble suppliers to find the most homogeneous stones possible with little to no contrast, resulting in an even surface in faded earth tones that eventually takes on a matt finish. Formalism consists of a bowl and a tray. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl. Made of marble.
