That's why we offer a wide range of payment methods to suit your needs and preferences. Here you will find more detailed information about the different payment options:

PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay in online shops securely, easily and quickly - and free of charge. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again every time you make an online purchase. Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase. Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can send the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

  • Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
  • And you can already pay with PayPal.

You can pay with us by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition to your name and credit card number, please also state the check digits and the expiry date. You will find the check digits on the back of your credit card. They are the last 3 digits.

If there are any uncertainties with your order or the credit card payment, please contact us and do not initiate a chargeback! This will lead to unnecessary costs, which we may charge you for.

How does payment by credit card work?

Select "credit card" as your payment method during the order process. Please now enter your name, the credit card number as well as the check digits and the validity date of the card.

Where can I find the required data?

The credit card number is the embossed sequence of numbers on the front of the card. The check digits are usually on the back of your credit card. Check digits are never embossed, they are always printed. For Mastercard and Visa, the check digits have three digits. They are the last three numbers in the signature field on the back.

What do I do if there is anything unclear?

If there are any uncertainties with your order or credit card payment, please contact us and do not initiate a chargeback. This will lead to unnecessary costs, which we may charge to you.

3D Secure What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a procedure developed by VISA ("Verified by VISA") and MasterCard ("MasterCard SecureCode") to secure credit card payments on the Internet and requires the additional entry of a personal password. This makes the misuse of credit cards almost impossible.

MasterCard provides further information on the "MasterCard SecureCode" here. At VISA, this procedure is called "Verified by Visa". You can find more information here. The entry masks for the security procedures are also described in detail there.

If your card is already registered for 3D Secure, you will be asked to enter your 3D Secure password after entering your credit card details. The payment process will then continue.

If your card is suitable for 3D Secure but not yet registered for the procedure, you will be asked in the next step to enter a 3D Secure password and some data. This data is transmitted directly to your credit card issuing institution and is not visible to the merchant or his payment service provider. Afterwards, the payment process continues and your card is registered for 3D Secure, so that you have to confirm future purchases at merchants participating in 3D Secure with the assigned password.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we offer you an easy and secure way to pay for your order.

Here's how the process works:

  1. Place your order: After selecting your desired products in our online shop, go to the checkout and select the option "Prepayment by bank transfer". Complete your order.

  1. Payment information by e-mail: Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an email from us with all relevant payment information. This e-mail will contain the bank details, the reason for payment and the amount due.

  1. Making a bank transfer: Now you have two options: You can either log into your online banking and make the transfer manually or fill out a transfer slip and submit it to your bank. Please make sure to enter the reason for payment exactly as stated in the email so that we can correctly allocate your payment.

  1. Use QR codes (optional): To make it easier for you to make a SEPA transfer, we provide QR codes. These QR codes contain all the relevant payment information. If you use a mobile device, you can scan the QR code to enter the data automatically. This saves you time and minimises the risk of typing errors. Automatic refund: If you accidentally enter the wrong bank details, you don't have to worry. We monitor incoming payments and ensure that incorrect transfers are automatically refunded. Your payment will therefore always be processed correctly.

  1. Processing time: A SEPA bank transfer is usually processed within a few working days. Please note that the exact processing time may depend on your bank. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped or your service activated.

Klarna purchase on account allows you to receive your order before you pay.

You have 14 days to pay your invoice after you have received your products. This gives you the opportunity to check the products at your leisure before you transfer the amount. Klarna usually carries out a credit check to ensure that purchase on account is available for you.

With Klarna instalment purchase, you can pay for your order in monthly instalments. You have the flexibility to adjust the term and the instalment amount according to your wishes. This allows you to make larger purchases in a convenient way without putting too much strain on your budget.

How does the Klarna instalment purchase work?

  • To pay with Klarna Instalment Purchase, select the appropriate payment method in the checkout process.
  • The first time you pay in instalments with Klarna, you will be asked to create a Klarna account. To do this, you provide the following information: Name, billing address, date of birth, telephone number, email address.
  • If you are already registered with Klarna, simply log in with your email address or telephone number and date of birth.
  • If you apply for a "flexible hire purchase", Klarna will carry out a credit check in the background.
  • After submitting the order, you will receive an email with a payment link.
  • The order amount is shown in the total balance of your Klarna account.
  • You pay via the Klarna consumer portal on klarna.com or in the Klarna app using your preferred payment method.

Apple Pay is a mobile payment solution that allows you to pay for your purchases securely and conveniently using your Apple device, such as your MacBook or iPhone. Your credit card or debit card details are not stored on your device or shared with the merchant. Instead, an encrypted device number is used to process the payment securely.

Sofortüberweisung allows you to process your payment directly from your bank account without a separate login or registration. This ensures fast and secure payment processing. Sofortüberweisung supports numerous banks and allows customers in different countries to pay without any problems.

iDeal is a very popular payment method in the Netherlands and is only available to customers with a Dutch bank account. When you choose iDeal, you can pay for your purchases directly through your Dutch bank account. This is particularly convenient as it is a fast and familiar payment option.

EPS is the Austrian answer to GiroPay or iDeal. If you are a resident of Austria, you can use EPS to pay for your purchases securely and conveniently via your Austrian bank account. It is a widely used and trusted payment method.
