UPS EXPRESS

  • For an extra charge of 20 € we deliver by UPS Express. This option is available for almost all products that can be parcelled and will be displayed in your shopping cart.
  • Guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Mon-Fri) for paid orders placed before 11:00 am.
  • Shipment tracking via UPS Tracking
  • We do not process express shipments on weekends.

FORWARDING AGENCY PREMIUM

We ship standard parcels with DHL, bulky goods with UPS and large deliveries as freight forwarding shipments.

FORWARDING STANDARD

  • Costs: 49,90 €, free of charge for a value of goods of 499,00 € or more.
  • in Germany usually delivery within 3-8 working days
  • delivery by the forwarding agency always only on Mondays to Fridays
  • Delivery date is agreed by telephone: You will receive a call from the forwarding agent when it suits you best. (Time window: 8h)
  • Delivery "free kerbside": Transport to the point of use and disposal of the packaging and pallet is carried out by the customer.

FORWARDING PREMIUM

  • only possible in Germany, delivery by logistics company
  • costs: 149,00 €, from a value of goods of 1499 € free of charge
  • usually delivery within 8-10 working days
  • Delivery date is coordinated by telephone: You will receive a call from the forwarding agent when it suits you best. (Time window: 8h with notification 1h before)
  • Delivery "free point of use": Transport to the point of use and disposal of the packaging and pallet is carried out by the freight forwarder.

Please note that we usually send goods that can be shipped as parcels via DHL or UPS (also applies to bulky goods) as a partial delivery, as smaller items are often damaged when shipped by a freight forwarder. Partial delivery is of course free of charge for you.

Items marked as "Immediately available" leave our premises as quickly as possible.

GOODS RECEIPT TIME

If an item is not in stock, the expected time until goods receipt is displayed below the price. We have no influence on this period, as these are delivery times on the part of the manufacturer. If there are any delays, you will of course be informed about the current status of your order.

TRANSPORT TIME

Thetransport time for orders sent via DHL or UPS is usually 1-3 days in Germany. For freight forwarding shipments, this period is longer, usually 3-5 working days.
