Like a design process frozen in time, the offset vase is a distortion of the familiar round shape that is cut. It challenges the idea of a vase and drastically changes its appearance depending on the angle from which it is viewed: from an imitation of a traditional vase to a sculptural object. Offset is made of fibre concrete and is available in two sizes. As it is a hand-glazed natural product, the colours may vary slightly. As the vase is not 100% waterproof, a bag for fresh flowers is included.

BOWL | MINI

Asian ceramic objects for storage serve as inspiration for Osaka, a series of sculptural and pretty bowls to adorn any table. The simplified hemisphere is lifted from the ground by three walls, as if merging the perfect round and square shape into one object. The brutalistic and heavy appearance of the Osaka bowls is underlined by the fact that they are cast from solid fibre concrete. The finely textured surface is glazed by hand, and as it is a natural product, the colours may vary slightly. The bowl is not 100% waterproof. Designed by Nicolaj Nøddesbo & Tommy Hyldahl.

Inspired by the floral forms of the lotus flower, Lotus emphasises organic shapes and sharp lines in a collection of sculptural ceramic vases. The elegantly shaped Lotus vase features several blossoms that merge into one another and rest on a set of sharp feet. The smooth and organic surface is contrasted by sharp lines that run from the feet to the top of the vase, forming a star-shaped opening. Lotus is available in two sizes and is made of fibre concrete. The surface is glazed by hand to achieve the unique surface texture. The colours may vary slightly as it is a handmade product. All vases have different openings from the traditional narrow vase openings to double openings and deep carved openings. The Sumo collection looks at the contrast between familiar vase shapes and the addition of more artistic, abstract ideas and details, questioning our individual perceptions of the shape of a vase.
