The Atelier Haußmann chair LÁSZLÓ is a kind of cantilever chair. However, it is not characterised by a lack of legs - LÁSZLÓ stands firmly on the floor with 4 feet. In addition to the precise proportions and the shaping of the plywood shells, the easy movement of the surfaces in relation to each other ensures a high level of seating comfort. We haveconcentrated on developing a robust and comfortable chair on which one may sit for a long time.

The footrest and the fact that LÁSZLÓ has no front legs is a nod touser behaviour.It enables the user to adopt different sitting postures.

LÁSZLÓ has a very significant, graphic silhouette. Like almost all products by AtelierHaußmann, it is a homage to the curved tube.

The SHOEMAKER CHAIR by Form & Refine is a Danish classic from 1936 that adapts to every body shape and is versatile. The seat with the anatomically shaped curves consists of a large, solid piece of wood and is supported by the three chair legs. The T-connection between the legs contributes to the stability. Due to the naturally different wood grain, each chair is unique and brings Nordic aesthetics to the dining room or living room. After the first production of the chair in 1936, the Werner family of wood turners spent three generations refining the shape of the shoemaker's chair, improving the design and production and making the chair what it is today: a true, archetypal classic. To this day, each one is produced in the family-owned wood turnery Gislev Drejerforretning on the Danish island of Funen.
