ROMB was created when Broberg & Ridderstråle experimented with a corrugated cardboard that they often use when modelling and developing architectural projects. The shape, a rhombus, quickly emerged and split into two forms; one larger than the other, casting an interesting direct light upwards but also indirectly downwards across the base of the shape. The work is well suited to narrow spaces such as bookshelves or windowsills and has a strong sculptural presence whether it is lit or not. ROMB is made from specially pressed steel with seamless edges and great attention to detail.

Asian ceramic objects for storage serve as inspiration for Osaka, a series of sculptural and pretty bowls to adorn any table. The simplified hemisphere is lifted from the ground by three walls, as if merging the perfect round and square shape into one object. The brutalistic and heavy appearance of the Osaka bowls is underlined by the fact that they are cast from solid fibre concrete. The finely textured surface is glazed by hand, and as it is a natural product, the colours may vary slightly. The bowl is not 100% waterproof. Designed by Nicolaj Nøddesbo & Tommy Hyldahl.
