As the name suggests, the Ruin vases are inspired by archetypal ruins and the classic shapes that still grace the landscape and remind us of what once was. The tower-like design is perfect for growing plants and features various openings that conceal and reveal the plant while creating a structure that provides space to grow. A plastic pot fits easily into the large opening on one side without being visible from other sides. The Ruin vase is equally suitable for decoration with dried flowers or as a stand-alone work of art. As it is a hand-glazed natural product, the colours may vary slightly and it is not waterproof. Inspired by the characteristic shapes of the Medusa, the Medusa Ceramics emphasises the soft oval shapes and details of the jellyfish.Elegantly sculpted, each Medusa is lifted slightly above the floor by a number of small conic shaped legs, reminiscing the tentacles of the jellyfish. Medusa has a very elegant and simple expression and can easily be placed in any interior scheme as a sculptural object or vase for flowers or decorations.Medusa comes in both vases and trays and is made from ceramic.
