Inspired by floral forms, Bloom emphasises soft and organic shapes in a collection of sculptural ceramic vases and bowls. Each Bloom ceramic is elegantly shaped and features multiple interlocking petals, reminiscent of the different stages of a flower from closed to open. Bloom is an interpretation of the floral-inspired design of the 70s. However, with a raw and clear expression. The gently curved surface is contrasted by a strong basic geometry and enriched by a beautiful play of shadows in the depths of the surface. Thanks to their expressive design, the Bloom vases change their appearance throughout the day depending on the light and shade conditions. Bloom is available as a vase as well as a bowl and is made of ceramic or fibre concrete. The surface is glazed by hand to obtain the unique surface structure. The colours may vary slightly as it is a handmade product. The vase is not 100% waterproof, so a bag for fresh flowers is included. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl.
