The Fellow STAGG kettle is currently one of the most sought-after pieces of brewing equipment. The puristic design, the fine workmanship and the functionality are convincing on all levels. The kettle was developed for the classic pour-over method or for preparing filter coffee. The kettle consists of a stainless steel body and is suitable for gas and electric stoves.
The shapely gooseneck spout ensures more precision when brewing and is designed for the optimal flow rate. Making filter coffee becomes a breeze. STAGG's weighted handle also shifts the centre of gravity closer to your hand to make pouring easier. Keep an eye on the temperature while pouring via the built-in temperature display. The temperature display shows the exact water temperature in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. You therefore do not run the risk of your coffee powder being brewed too hot, developing irritating bitter substances and scalding. The optimum brewing temperature is between 90 and 96 degrees Celsius.
