The beauty of Brutalism - Gear is inspired by Brutalist architecture from the mid-20th century. The sculptural couch and side tables are designed as block-like structures that reflect architectural building elements made of concrete.

The Gear tables feature a round tabletop that rests on three cylindrical legs. The legs feature a fluted detail that gives the design a refined and organic signature. The Gear coffee table is cast from lightweight fibre concrete and features a unique and tactile surface texture.

The whimsical, soft and organic shapes are unmistakably reminiscent of human silhouettes and curves. True to the Cobra artists' working method, the series takes its starting point in naïve hand sketches that lead to physical silhouettes.
